Hi everyone. My name is Jen, I’m a therapeutically driven Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), having graduated with honours from The College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2019. Also, I have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science (2005).

My approach as a practitioner is I like to take a hybrid approach. I like to look at a person globally to see how the body is interacting. I am focused on assessing and treating individuals using a variety of techniques that involve manual manipulation of soft tissue and joints. Examples of some of the techniques I can include are: cupping, active and passive involvement of the patient, joint mobilizations, and therapeutic exercises to help achieve a clients' goals.

By combining manual therapy techniques along with providing education and therapeutic exercises, I have witnessed the transformation in my patients. I find it most rewarding when the patients express the difference they have noticed in their function and health.

Initial appointment: 75 min to review health history, assess, and treat. If the full time is not required after the assessment and discussed with the patient. I will adjust the time and cost to reflect that. 

Follow-up appointments: 60, 45, 30 mins

NOTE: I recommend that clients bring athletic attire to their treatments as it may be required.
